4. Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount; please check with your local customs office for details.
5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

You can track your order on the carrier’s official website using that number.
6. Shipping Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
